Who we are

We are a pair of experienced, mid-career investors and operators. We are partnering to acquire and operate a champion private NZ business. You have built a great business over the last decade(s); we want to apply our capital and labour to protect and grow this legacy by becoming owner-operators for the next couple of decades. We have been involved in 30+ exits, and believe this type of succession model (full-time owner-operator investing their own capital) is best-suited for a successful transition.
